Maui Wildfire Cases Portal
The Maui Fire Cases Individual Settlement Program was established to fairly and efficiently allocate a limited settlement fund to victims of the Maui Fires, allowing them to rebuild their lives and restore the Maui community without the financial and emotional toll of prolonged litigation. During a hearing on May 28, 2025, the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit for the State of Hawai'i approved the Individual Settlement Agreement and Individual Settlement Plan, officially allowing the Settlement Program to begin the claims process governed by those documents.
This public website includes information about the Settlement Program and links to a secure online Portal for claimants or their lawyers, if represented, to communicate with the Settlement Program. The website and Portals will be updated on a rolling basis as the Settlement Program moves forward.
